By signing up for the Green Turn affiliate programme, you ("Affiliate") indicates your acceptance of our commission agreement and the site terms and conditions. Main terms of our agreement are explained below:

1.   Signing up to become an Affiliate is free. Anyone can do so by visiting http://www.GreenTurn.co.uk/IDevAffiliate web page.

2.   We ("GreenTurn.co.uk ") monitor when a visitor comes through an Affiliate’s link and automatically create a cookie on visitor’s computer. If the visitor which you’ve referred purchases any of the packages sold by GreenTurn.co.uk within 30 days of the cookie being created, then you ("Affiliate") will receive 15% of the Sale Price.

3.   Our agreement is only restricted to the products made and sold by GreenTurn.co.uk. We are not in agreement for the sale of any 3rd party products which we advertise occasionally on GreenTurn.co.uk site.

4.   You are authorised to use our Affiliate links, banners, emails and other advertisement material provided to you in the affiliate administration area within IDevAffiliate Panel. You can create your own advertisement material to advert our products.

5.   For UK based Affiliates – We pay via PayPal, BACS transfer or cheque at the start of each month for the previous month’s earnings. There is no minimum commission payout restriction for UK based Affiliates.

6.   For Affiliates based Outside UK Territory - We pay via PayPal, BACS transfer or cheque at the start of each month for the previous month’s earnings. There is a minimum commission payout restriction i.e. once the accrued commission has reached £50.

7.   Calculation of Sale’s Commission – We pay commission based on a set 15% percentage of the Sales Value. We reserve the right to increase this set commission percentage depending on your visitors’ quality and your past performance.

8.   We do not hold any Tax liability on behalf of our Affiliates. You ("Affiliate") will be liable to pay tax as it originates on your commission income. You will be solely responsible for clearing of your tax liability arisen from your visitors’ commission.

9.   You ("Affiliate") will be able to track your accumulated referral earnings and sales taken place by your referral via IDevAffiliate affiliate administration panel.

10.   We provide detailed instructions for configuring Affiliate links, banners, text, emails etc correctly. However we will not be held responsible for any affiliate links that are incorrectly incorporated within your website. We highly recommend that you should double check your affiliate links by making a test purchase using your affiliate links.

11.   In case of rare refund or cancellation made by the customer referred by you, you will reimburse Green Turn if commission paid to you on the refund transaction.

12.   We do not expect your referred visitor to make any immediate purchase after clicking on your Affiliate link. Any visitor referred by you will independently monitored by IDevAffiliate for commission computation purposes for a total duration of 30 days. An automatic cookie will be created by IDevAffiliate in the buyer's browser which will expire after 30 days of the initial visit.

13.   Your referred visitor can make several visits to the Green Turn website at a later date (from initial visit) without clicking through your unique Affiliate link. If your visitor purchases any product from Green Turn during the life of that cookie, you would earn 15% affiliate commission on the Sales Value.

14.   We do not operate on dual referral commission scheme. Our affiliate referral tracking system works on a 'First To Refer basis’. To explain the concept of First To Refer Basis please see example below;

15.   Example of First To Refer Basis – ‘David Smith’ is a new visitor who clicks on the link from our affiliate A website on 05 March. David also clicks on the link of affiliate B on 06 March. Then within 30 days of clicking link of affiliate A David would make a purchase from GreenTurn.co.uk. In this example only affiliate A will be awarded the commission.

21.   You can advertise GreenTurn.co.uk products using mass Solicited emails to your own visitors or customers. For this, you can send emails to opt-in subscriber following CAN SPAM regulation.

22.   For the avoidance of doubt, it is acceptable to advertise GreenTurn.co.uk products to an email list of opt-in subscribers of relevant subject matter, or to the Affiliate's own customers in accordance with CAN-SPAM regulation.

23.   You cannot advertise or portray GreenTurn.co.uk in any misleading or unethical manner whether on a website or in person. You cannot advertise GreenTurn.co.uk products or services on the website that contains pornography, sharing of unauthorised material, warez or of any other illegal nature content site.

24.   GreenTurn.co.uk reserve the right to cancel this agreement without further notice if an Affiliate breaks any of the clauses mentioned within our terms and conditions, privacy policy or other ethos. This judgement sits with the GreenTurn.co.uk management. If we deem that an affiliate is not acting in the interest of GreenTurn.co.uk visitors or to any other public interest breach.

25.   We reserve the right to withhold outstanding payments due to an affiliate if we notice an illegal activity or in breach of our site clauses, Money Laundering, Bribery Act and all other Acts applicable per the Companies Act 2006.

26.   We reserve the rights to amend these terms and conditions or any other information on GreenTurn.co.uk at any time without prior notice.

There are limited vacancies offered by Big 4 firms to the overseas graduate applicants, who require a work permit. It is advised to apply early to avoid disappointment as all applications received post deadline would be an automatic rejection. Deadlines are as follows for the overseas applicants who wish to join the Big 4 in the September 2026 program start.
